A good statement--reflective. I like that.
It seems to me we need a new word to replace &quot;protest.&quot; Although dictionary definitions include some aspects of positive statements for the meaning of &quot;protest,&quot; the majority of times the word conveys being against something--as in &quot;protest marches,&quot; &quot;protest demonstrations,&quot; etc. A person&#039;s presence at a protest rally or their participation in a protest march as often may be a statement FOR something as it is a statement against.

Perhaps your cross-cultural class can come up with a new adjective.

Oh, and keep blogging. I&#039;ll certainly be a regular reader.
