		<description>Thanks for the comment.  I laughed when you said rural areas grow some really bizarre people w/stuff the DSM could hardly explain.  That is SO true.  I have stories people would never believe.  We always say we couldn&#039;t make this shit up. :)

		<description>I lived in a small town for about 10 years, right out of grad school. i was hired to start a mental health clinic within the existing health dept. When i started seeing clients it was so weird! my first client was the MI husband of an employee!!! it went against everything ethical i&#039;d learned-no dual relationships! i&#039;d see clients in the grocery store, dr. office. people i knew would ask for therapy as a joke. the only good part was the variety and oddities of the clients. Rural areas grow some really bizarre people w/stuff the DSM could hardly explain. one other thing: i did some great work there. roll w/it and good luck to you!</description>
