One of the aspects I didn&#039;t cover in the blog but that the article I referenced did, was the need for support for vets and their assistants. You see and have to do some very difficult things in the course of your work. So as you are taking such good care of others (people and animals) by supporting and promoting counselors, please take good care of yourself too! Pat</description>

Thanks for your article, It is amazing to think that people even have trouble telling thier therapist how important their dog was to them. As a vet people have often expressed their suprise to how much their pet really mattered to them. They say I did not cry like this when my father died, but I am devastated by the loss of my dog. I have set up a website to support pet loss counselling. I am supporting and promoting the counsellors who have a particular interest in pet loss counselling.
