		<description>I believe this is important to discuss. In my state, it&#039;s called meeting productivity. Some agencies offer incentives (money) to therapists who go beyond productivity. I have observed a few therapists giving extra services to clients not needed in order to make extra productivity---this is my perception and others may disagree with it. Some agencies set productivity too high and when counselors do not meet it, they shame the counselors at staff meetings--yes I have witnessed this and it is not pleasant.
