Health insurance is expensive, and I suspect the cost is only going to rise over the next few years!
However, consider the cost of recruitment if even some of your independent contractors jump ship because they are looking for a position with benefits. In our field, for owners of group private practices, where we help our clinicians to build their caseloads, clinician turnover, even moderate turnover, can be very expensive! That being said, I don&#039;t mean to criticize your decision to use independent contractors...just food for thought!]]></description>
